Apparently TSA at fresyes thought that my scuba gear was too dense? It is proof of my expert suitcase packing skills.. Marinda can attest to that! regardless I love getting my bag searched.
Sad to leave the parentals in the heat of the Valley, but not really (the heat part, I will of course miss them both). Mom already has plans for her time alone, apricot jam and lots of it!
But here I am in Los Angeles, in the sea of travelers. just enjoying the chaos.

pre departure craziness
The bags are packed. Kind of. Fitting the fins in was by far the hardest part.
